Charlie McManus

PART I ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Charlie joined the practice in 2024 following completion of his Part I at the University of Portsmouth. Having been nominated for the RIBA Bronze Medal and winning awards from both the University and RIBA Hampshire, he has a keen interest in socially impactful design. His final year design project examined a radical reimagining of urban living in Peckham, centred around the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. His project proposed a new goal, ’Freedom of Movement’, which aimed to foster harmonious interactions and storytelling to benefit the local communities and welcome newcomers. Charlie has enjoyed working in our collaborative studio and has been developing his knowledge and practical experience whilst contributing his skills to the teams projects.
