Jack Youell

Jack joined Adam Knibb Architects as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant in August 2026, following the completion of his third year studying Architecture at Cardiff University, where he achieved a First Class degree.

Jack has a particular interest in sustainable and contextual design, with his academic work exploring adaptive reuse and the potential of natural and reclaimed materials. He is particularly interested in how architecture can respond sensitively to its surroundings while creating spaces that connect people with the landscape.

Alongside his architectural studies, Jack has gained valuable practical experience working within the construction industry, giving him an appreciation of the processes and craftsmanship involved in bringing a design to life.
